Loan Reviewing Customer Service Reps - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently seeking customer service representatives who have experience working with loans and/or mortgages for a call center in Buffalo, NY. The customer service representative will be speaking with premium customers trying to get loans up to $35,000 and must be very professional on the phone. The candidate should understand financial documents such as tax forms like W-2's, W-4's, 1099's, 1040's, 4868's as well as pay stubs.

The customer service representative will have 2 weeks of training, Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-4:30PM where absolutely no time can be missed. After training, they must be able to work the following schedule:

• Monday-Friday - 11:30AM-8:00PM
• 2 Saturdays a month - 9:00AM-1:00PM

The qualified candidate should have prior experience doing customer service, preferably for a banking institution or in a call center. They must have very strong math and grammar skills, along with the ability to type 30 words per minute. Reliability is of utmost importance. This is a permanent position that pays $11.50-$12.00 an hour.
