JOB DESCRIPTION

Aerotek is working with a client seeking a plant Controller for developing processing operations in Calvert, Alabama.

• Support the development of the annual budget/midterm plan
• Assist with Forecasting & variance analysis reporting
• Perform Quality reporting
• Stock evaluation (including but not limited to maintenance and consumption parts analysis)
• Investment proposals/capital project planning
• Regular interaction with technical support departments concerning controlling processes
• Implement cost reduction projects
• Ensure working knowledge of competencies as defined in ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 Team Member Competency Forms

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge

• 4+ years of sound working knowledge of controlling processes
• Ability to relate well with others

Minimum Job Relevant Experience

• 4+ years in a related Accounting or Controlling role within a manufacturing environment
  *4+ years work experience with SAP CO modules

Degree/Certification Required

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Skills

• SAP CO (CO-OM-CCA, CO-PC & CO-PA) Power user
• Solid financial background
• Microsoft office experience (focus on advanced Excel)
• Demonstrated ability to interact with various groups
• Product costing knowledge

Desired Skills and Abilities

• Exposure to and demonstrated knowledge of SAP modules FI, MM and SD
• Understand production workflows
• Highly motivated to participate with SAP-CO enhancement project
