This is an entry level position. We are seeking a responsible, highly motivated and professional individual to assist busy and fast paced office environment. This person must project a "customer service driven" attitude and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Job Description
- Exercise diplomacy and discretion at all times
- Provide primary multi-line phone coverage; answering and directing all calls in a professional and courteous manner; taking messages and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner; assisting with customer enquiries and providing technical support.
- Organize meetings (schedule conference calls, order meals, prepare meeting materials, etc.)
- Event scheduling, conference call and travel coordination
- Administrative support (filing, typing, data entry, faxing, copying materials)
- Basic report, presentation and document formatting
- Order and maintain office supplies; oversee copier, printers and fax machine
- Receive, sort and distribute all incoming mail, deliveries and faxes
- Manage outgoing mail and express deliveries
- Assist in special projects as assigned and run weekly errands
Qualifications:
- Punctuality and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; Access a plus
- Ability to multi-task while functioning in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize a variety of time sensitive tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrate dependability, sense of urgency and high attention to detail
- Must have own transportation
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma with 1-3 years related work experience.
