Full Time Hospice Medical Social Worker Opportunity!!
Heartland Hospice is currently recruiting for a full-time Medical Social Worker. As a MSW you will provide psych-social support to our hospice patients located in Stevens Point and the surrounding areas.
Experience in hospice is greatly desired but will consider health care experience in a multidisciplinary setting, experience working with clients and families coping with terminal illness and death, and experience with community programs is essential. Masters degree in Social Work and license in the state of WI required. 100% daily travel is required and mileage reimbursement is provided.
