We are seeking a Warehouse Distribution Lead for a great opportunity with one of our leading clients in North Andover, MA. This position will run for 6-8 weeks and require working overtime and weekends. Must be flexible as hours can vary.

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Lead you will mainly be responsible for preparing orders for distribution and delegating the work load to others. You will cross train in a variety of other warehouse functionsand will work as a team

Other responsibilities of the Shipping Clerk role include:

• Picking and packing orders for distribution
• Delegating work to Pickers/Packers

• Ensuring Quality Control
• Acquiring product knowledge
• Following all safety procedures

As a Warehouse Lead, you must be positive and able to work in a team-oriented environment. We are seeking natural leaders who are able to motivate others,learn, and grow with the organization. You must be safety conscious and able to keep workplace neat, clean, and free of hazards. You must be able tomaintain a zero error rate with a thorough understanding of the entire production process. You must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Other requirements of the Warehouse Shipping role include:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime
• Must be comfortable working on your feet for long hours
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to cross train
• Willingness to learn new equipment
• Ability to exceed productivity standards of 98%
• Ability to meet deadlines without use of overtime
• Strong proponent of company’s safety program
