The Employee Relations Coordinator will be responsible for providing project coordination and case support to the Global HRdirect and Employee Relations teams.  The position supports the initiatives of the ER Compliance and Operations team and the functions they support. Ensures projects are completed on time and in scope. May manage vendor and service providers to ensure products or services are meeting standards and timely.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Fulfills
    personnel file requests from employees, Legal and Employee Relations ; fulfills
    unemployment requests ensuring compliance to
    policy as well as full and accurate records are dispensed.  Manages documentation to support
    requests.
  • Manages
    the Employee Relations email box; determines topic/ issues and appropriate area to
    route, assigns cases in the HR HelpDesk tool.
  • Supports the Employee Relations Case Manager requests for information, using independent judgment
    to secure and provide proper information.
  • Supports
    Employee Relations Analyst on the 1-9 and E-Verify administrative process.
  • Generates
    and processes termination letters that state why and date of employee
    termination.
  • Processes
    mail and UPS as requested by members of the Employee Relations team.
  • Supports
    the process of temporary employee hours notification ensures accuracy and
    compliance.
  • Provides
    back up support to the department administrative assistant.
  • Participates in
    Employee Relations project work as assigned, providing support or SME knowledge as
    required.
  • Business Segment Liaison for the Employee Relations Group.
  • Performs
    other duties as required.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 3 + years of experience in Human Resources Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience  working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Experience working with People Soft.
  • Experience working with SharePoint.
