POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounts Receivable Adjustments Clerk
This is an accounting support position in a fast paced centralized accounting services environment providing financial services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with branch and customer service to resolve and correct missing/misapplied payments
* Ale to review and explain account activity
* Able to identify account discrepancies
* Process adjustments to owner
* Receive notices from bank and enter adjustments related to NSF, Stop Payment an Closed accounts
* Enter reimbursable charges as necessary
* Enter balance forward for new accounts
* Set up and maintain accounts with direct debit information
* Generate appropriate communications to homeowners following activity completion
* Other duties as assigned
