Collections Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek Professional Services is currently seeking a Collection representaives to work in a call center environment for one of our major clients in the CITY area.

This is an Entry-Level position in a Call Center environment providing Customer Service in the Collections Department.

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Great casual environment with one of the nicest call centers in the industry.

The company is a world wide banking company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Making outbound

-Providing great customer service

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-Looking for 6 months to a year of customer service

-Pleasant personality

-Articulate
