Plating Tooler, Masker

To effectively execute the daily tooling schedule while meeting all process quality requirements with the most effective use of available resources. Follows written and verbal work instructions to prepare parts for anodizing and plating by placing parts on processing racks using wire, screws, bolts, etc. Cleaning and packaging of processed parts.Follow standard operating procedures and review all processing requirements prior to beginning job.
* Insure compliance with process specifications and absolute adherence to quality standards.
* Insure all product documentation is complete and ready for final quality inspection.
* Keep the supervisor advised at all times on the progress of assignments and any problems encountered.
* Perform all job requirements in a safe and professional manner. Use the proper safety techniques and equipment at all times.
* Advise the supervisor when supplies require re-order or are ineffective for the job at hand.
*Keep work area and equipment clean and in proper working order.
