Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced researcher/call center representative to support the investigation process in our Human Resources Research Department for Vertical Screen. Responsibilities
*Researching employment verifications.
*Researching education histories.
*Processing reference checks through telephone interviews and Internet tools.
Required Skills
*Must be able to work in a fast paced, inbound call center environment.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education
The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a High School Diploma.
All candidates are subject to a drug test and a background screening. EOE
