Under new ownership, and soon to be remodeled, the Wendy's at 701 North Main Street, Blacksburg, VA is currently looking to employ enthusiastic customer orientated personnel to fill crew staffing positions for our soon to be remodeled restaurant.
We offer a competitive starting wage and with 26 total restaurants plenty advancement opportunities. Quick service restaurant experience is not required, but smiling faces are!
One of the best things about working at Wendy's is the variety. You can gain experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, from customer service to food preparation. In addition, you learn valuable life skills, such as time management, multitasking and the ability to perform under pressure. We're big on training!
We grow our team by promoting from within, over 90% of our Shift Supervisors and Managers are promoted from the Crew member ranks.
