Working under general supervision, the PFP Admin is responsible for administering the Company's compensation programs and bonus programs, common review date cycle and the performance management program for a specific client.




Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience:
•1 years of related compensation experience annual compensation planning and Compensation Program calculations
•Or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and specific training that provides the incumbent with the required knowledge, skills and abilities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Working knowledge of compensation theory, techniques and practices
•Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to interact at all levels within and outside the organization
•Strong analytical, problem-solving and quantitative abilities
•Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
•Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments; strong attention to detail
•Self-starter and ability to work independently but also a strong team player
•Positive attitude
•Ability to handle confidential data
