Impact

As an Account Director you will work within the marketing services team to deliver outstanding service to our advertising clients by developing business-building direct mail, email, and mobile marketing programs. These advertising programs enable our clients to reach moving consumers at the precise time they are in need of our clients' products and services. This helps our clients acquire and retain customers and increase their topline revenue through in-store and ecommerce channels. The Job

Manage the day-to-day client activity to insure accurate and timely execution of marketing programs

Partner with national sales director to help them achieve their sales quota by contributing to strategy for prospecting new clients and upselling existing clients

Understand clients marketing objectives and work with sales, analytics, research, and creative services to create appropriate strategies that maximize program performance

Participate in client meetings to present and discuss program plans and execution and marketing best practices

Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to internal cross-functional groups

Qualification


Bachelor's degree

7-10 years of related industry experience, preferably in account management or direct marketing at an agency or client company

Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Some travel required
