TrueBlue, a leader in the staffing industry, is looking for a Benefits Analyst at our corporate headquarters in Tacoma, WA. This position will have an emphasis on retirement plan administration.

The Benefits Analyst is responsible for implementing and administering the employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with appropriate federal and state regulations. This position will require a thorough understanding of the recently enacted federal healthcare reform. This position acts as a liaison between benefit plan vendors, employees and the Company. The Benefits Analyst reports directly to the Benefits Manager and is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Tacoma, WA.
