Primary Responsibilities: 



  • Respond to Incoming Provider and Enrollee calls.

  • Resolve Customer Service inquiries which could include: 

  • Entering notifications and Providers' status of an existing notification, and determining if notification is required;

  • Completing Notification Wizard, along with ICD-9 and CPT Coding.

  • Provide excellent Customer Service to both Providers and Enrollees.

  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining good attendance.

  • Assist with faxes and emails. 

  • Use of Excel for report tracking.

Requirements


Required Qualifications:




  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • Must be a Washington State Resident.

  • 2+ years of Telephonic Customer Service experience analyzing and solving customer problems.

  • 1+ year of experience with Data Entry.

  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM.

  • Must be able to create, copy, edit, send & save documents utilizing Word, Excel & Outlook

  • Must have reliable transportation, valid Driver's License & applicable insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:




  • Knowledge of or experience with Medical Terminology.

  • Medical or Healthcare experience.

  • Microsoft Visio proficiency.

  • Experience working in a Physician's office or Medical facility.
