Boutique Sales Associate Opportunity - Full-time / Part-time

Established Premium Iconic French, Culinary Brand is seeking to hire Sales Associates for it's Flagship U.S Store in NYC. The ideal candidate will posses the following: Position Summary: * Engage, educate, and inspire our customers by offering exceptional customer service to everyone * Meet and or exceed individual targets and KPI's * Support the success of the boutique by converting visitors to new customers * Assist Management Team in maintaining overall cleanliness of the boutique * Assist Management Team in Opening and Closing duties Role Responsibilities:(including but not limited to) * Sales Associates must meet all individual financial targets set by the company. This includes: Sales Goals, AUS, IPT, and a Customer Capture Rate * Sales Associates will model the "Golden Rules" of the company to ensure exemplary customer service * Sales Associates will assist with stock, cleaning, and merchandising duties. * Sales Associates must comply with all Health and Safety Regulations Additional Competencies: * Demonstrate a passion for food, people and networking * Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills * Possess the ability to multi-task and "think on their feet" * Be self-starters * Work well with a team * Must possess excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills Prerequisites: * Prior Retail/Sales experience * Must be available to work evening and weekends, including Sundays * French Fluency is a plus * Foreign language skills, in particular Spanish and Portuguese are a plus
