Our client; an e-Commerce company located in South San Francisco is seeking Customer Service representative with an upbeat attitude. This position supports the warehouse and sales department. The hourly rate is $14-$17 DOE and this is a permanent position.
Duties include but not limited to:
*Answering telephone calls and emails
*Address IM/Chat inquiries from customers
*Process phone orders
*filing and copying
*Basic Microsoft Office software skills are required
*Internet research abilities
*Strong verbal communication skills
