Process Technician

Maintain process technology equipment used to monitor operations, and trouble-shoot any equipment problems.









Monitor and analyze process parameters.







Minor trouble shooting for identification of process errors.







Assist in implementation of process equipment changes.







Basic operation for injection machine.







Troubleshoot Process.







Assist team members as needed to increase efficiency of work.







Follows all safe practices to promote a safe work environment.







Maintains a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.







Adhere to all company policies and procedures.







Document all activities as required.







Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of this team-oriented organization.

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in manufacturing on state-of-the-art equipment/set up/trouble shooting. • High School Diploma or Equivalent; 2 year technical degree is preferred. • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, climb stairs, reach with arms and hands. • Must be able to lift and move 10 - 30 lbs on a periodic basis. • Must be able to use close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus ability for examining product. • Must be able to work in heat and noise . • Must be able to work on feet for an 8 – 12 hour workday on any shift. • Must be flexible to work overtime as needed. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. • Must be able to maintain regular attendance based on production schedule requirements.
