NEW POSITION DUE TO COMPANY GROWTH!

POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Custodian for our upcoming upscale property in Uptown Dallas where residents will enjoy resort-class amenities including a full-service athletic club, clubroom and concierge. In this role your day-to-day responsibilities will be to maintain the cleanliness of the buildings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness of property
• Clean restrooms
• Vacuum offices
• Clean barbecues
• Clean apartments for move-ins
• shampoo hallways
• Touch-up paint in hallways
• Paint curbs
• Maintain Clubhouse and report damages
• Store excess furniture
• Replace furniture when necessary
• Make sure areas are clear of any garbage
• Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of a year previous custodial experience required
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
