Cascade Manor is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) nestled in the beautiful South Hills of Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking a Marketing Director who would enjoy working within a synergistic environment to ensure the sale of our Independent Living Apartments while providing high quality care and services to our senior prospects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximizing and maintaining occupancy of Cascade Manor Independent Living Apartments
  • Oversight and coordination of the move-in and move-out processes
  • Development and implementation of a marketing program including a strong community outreach program(s).
  • Promote Internal/External Marketing activities through community/facility tours, planned events, maintenance of phone and e-mail database
  • Gather resident information before and upon admission to assure proper placement of the resident. Complete all admission paperwork prior to admission in a timely manner
  • Attend conferences, open houses, community affairs, and other networking events that have opportunities to provide education and market programs. Initiate, build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Prepare weekly reports as required

Skills

  • Proven sales experience with an established track record in closing leads
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. Must communicate clearly and professionally both orally and in writing to all levels of people inside and outside the organization
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to apply effective time management skills in order to meet all deadlines. Able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks and numerous projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work as an effective and proactive team-player, supporting the organization as a whole: residents, customers, co-workers, community and external stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years of sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and effective interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in organizing, follow-up and problem solving
  • Must have reliable transportation /driver's license/insurance.
  • Long-term care experience is a plus
