We're looking for full-time prep cooks! Responsibilities include:
* Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
* Making pizza dough
* Properly preparing and packaging food for delivery
* Properly labeling and keeping food rotated
* Help with final product storage and loading/delivery
* Help standardize production and ensure consistent quality
* Help ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
* Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
* Help with delivery of food from commissary to stores via refrigerated truck
2-3 years of kitchen experience preferred.
