About this job
Now seeking a Research Assistant to support a team of talented individuals to research, collect required data and verify recorded information.
* Make outbound calls to verify reported data.
* Web searches to locate pertinent information
* Must be able to stay focused and on task - as this is a very time sensitive position.
* Strong communication (verbal and written)
* Proficient computer skills will be required including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word programs
* Minimum of 40 WPM is required
* Recent research and call center customer service experience is a must
* High school diploma or equivalent will be required
Monday-Friday; Daytime Hours
Pays $11.00-$12.00/HR
