About this job

Candidates will be taking calls and troubleshooting software.

Job duties may include:

-Provide first call resolution technical support to all customer calls regardless of product or complexity of the problem
-Deliver professional and top quality customer service to all customers
-Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve calls that are focused on product functionality, connectivity, and product failure for software products
-Demonstrate working knowledge in areas such as Operating Systems, Software Utilization, MS Windows, Novell, Networking, Wireless Networks
-Clearly and effectively communicate issues
-Effectively and accurately documenting all customer interactions into CRM system
-Mostly talking to business owners and people working in repair shops
-Will conduct data entry to enter in all of their conversations with customers

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm (possibly 7:00am -4:00pm)
