Swim Instructor/Teacher - Full-time

Chicago Swim School is hiring passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals to be swim instructors. Our instructors are water safety ambassadors aligned with our mission of preventing drownings. We are more than just swimming, though. . .teaching life lessons through our passionate and dedicated staff. Come join our mission!!

Requirements: (because we have to start somewhere)
* Prior experience working with kids
* Passion for seeing kids succeed
* Responsible and dedicated team player
* 18yrs of age with a high school diploma, or equivalent
* Available afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends
* Pass a background check

Pay & Perks: (although you'd do it for free)
* Beginning instructors start between $12-$14/hr based on experience
* Quarterly performance bonus
* Teach min number of hours and your kids swim for free
* Paid training
