Job Description:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Directs the work of warehouse personnel, sales people, delivery persons, burner service persons and employees
2. Performs administrative duties, as the day-to-day operations require, including filling in for the manager when he is absent or other employees in their absence.
3. Assists in ordering quantities and types of merchandise inventory.
4. Assists in developing advertising, merchandising techniques and programs that conform to policy guidelines and budget requirements.
5. Advises patrons and other employees with respect to technical commodity needs of particular patrons.
6. Engages regularly in making sales or taking orders for services during visits to patron's farms.
7. Handles patrons' complaints.
8. Assists in credit administration and supervision.
9. Attends necessary meetings to keep up-to-date with company policies and commodity specifications.
10. Adheres to SS No Tolerance Policy on Safety and Environment.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Able to pass background check and drug test.
- Supervisory experience.
- Be familiar with daily store operations.
