You will help mold them for future opportunities by honing their decision making skills along with creating full understanding of how Stores, Vendors, Fulfillment Centers and purchasing operates. Duties Inventory accrual:  Research and resolve outstanding receipts not invoiced within 30 days of receipt. MA126: Manual intervention of invoices that do not automatically match via the established 3 way match process. This includes, but is not limited to, inventory overages, shortages, & price variances. Obtaining, uploading, researching and reconciling statements from all assigned vendors. General Communication such as interaction with vendors, Fulfillment Centers, stores, merchandise buyers, and other business partners. Reports and Research:  Review various daily/weekly/monthly Inventory Control reports to ensure issues are being addressed and resolved. Including but not limited to: EDI, Discount, price variance and aging reports. Data entry into Lawson for any items that cannot be processed by 3rd party data/image processing firm. Weekly meetings with the Senior or Supervisor for queue review for inventory, parts and freight.
