Senior Design & Drafting Checker

Position summary:
Perform in depth review of all applicable revision levels of drawings created by the Engineering Teams prior to approval, release to production or customer submission. Assure the drawings under review are support the requirements of the customer and meet all best practice drafting standards.

The typical flow of work is as follows:
The Sales/ Applications Engineers will receive the project (typically custom work, have a few shelf products they work with), they will need to check for accuracy. After Drafting/ Design team figures out the design, then it has to be checked again before sending back to the customer for approval. Once the customer approved the drawing, it comes back to production, check the drawings before the hit the floor.

Current Need to check the drawings throughout the whole process.

Check engineering drawings, Bill of Material for proper design of the following

1. Mass transfer trays supports and other tower internals

2. Mass transfer packed column, liquid distributors and other tower internals

3. Separation Internals Mist Eliminators & Housing, Coalescers

Qualified Candidates need have 3+ years of experience with process internals, mass transfer, separation internals.

Solidworks and AutoCAD experience minimum of 2+ years, will test on both Solidworks & AutoCAD

Experience checking engineering drawings of mass transfer trays, supports and other tower internals
