About this job
Road Ranger is seeking an experienced food service individual to manage our own unbranded food offering for its new location opening in Grayville, IL. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in food service management.
Prior experience should include:
- Ability to develop and instill company and franchise directives
- Possess strong franchise compliance
- Strong Knowledge of food handling, food safety and compliance with health codes
- Proven record of excellence in delivering the customer experience
- Inventory ordering and control
- Management and training of personnel
In addition, candidates must be able to stand for approximately eight hours and lift up to forty pounds.
