Account Payment Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

A company in the Greater Cleveland area that specializes in the food & beverage industry is currently seeking an Account Payment Coordinator for their credit and collections department to do the following:

* Responsible for successful and timely payment application and deduction resolution
* Applies payments for specified group of customers
* Identifies, analyzes, and investigates deductions and unapplied cash
* Obtaining and gathering supporting documentation to enable identification and resolution of deductions
* Ensure documents are readily available for appropriate parties to audit
* Develop process improvements, including recommendations for systems, policy and procedure enhancements
* Analyze and resolve root cause of customer related issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in accounting/finance/or pertinent major
