A Health Plan is looking for an enrollment representative. Under the direction of the Community Outreach Manager and the Enrollment Advisor Supervisor, the Enrollment Advisor is primarily responsible for receiving in-bound calls related to the identification, information sharing and qualification of potential members. Additional responsibilities will include call follow-up to applicants who requested and received telephone application assistance and documentation of activities. The Enrollment Advisor will also be tasked to accomplish out-bound telephone calls to current members as part of a retention program during designated times.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Preferably bilingual in Spanish
Inside sales or telemarketing experience
Health Care experience ideal
