Call Center Representative

Our client is looking to hire 20+ call center representatives to support a government contract in the Northern Virginia area. These call center representatives will be fielding inbound phone calls and determining eligibility for customers that call in.

We will be taking candidates for walk-in interviews at the following address:
Aerotek *Located on the 4th Floor*
11325 Ridge Top Road
Fairfax, VA 22030

Interview walk-in hours:
Fri 10/23 from 1PM to 4PM
Sat 10/24 from 10AM to 12PM
Mon 10/26 from 1PM to 4PM

Qualifications:
-2+ years of recent call center experience
-Heavy inbound experience
-Familiar with using scripts
-HS Diploma or GED

Location: Mclean, VA (Metro Accessible)
Pay: $14.88
Comfortable submitting to a 8 year background check
Days/Hours: Monday through Friday & flexible between the hours of 8AM to 10PM
Shift: There will be multiple shifts available, though you have to be flexible to work at the time listed above.
