Receptionist

Job Description:

• Greets customers, vendors and other visitors.
• Operates switchboard equipment to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.
• May issue visitor's pass when required.
• May perform clerical duties as assigned such as word processing, proofreading, and sorting mail.

Job Requirements:

• Typically requires 0-2 years of experience.
• Must have pleasant demeanor and be customer Service oriented.
• Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills.
