Key Tasks and Responsibilities Measure campaign effectiveness Producing monthly reports on CRM customer segments and movements between segments Developing, reporting and deriving actionable insights on CRM KPI's Recommendation and execution of in depth customer data studies Identify, research and work with team to resolve any data integrity issues within the customer database Work closely with CRM and Loyalty groups as well as technical teams to ensure measurement, tracking plans and analysis are strategically aligned and are fully functioning across all channels. Articulate clear business justification, prioritization, and dependencies around CRM initiatives Provide input into seasonal planning and creative brief based on analytic insights for target segments and bring best practice communication and creative discipline around customer marketing into our business - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Finance or a related field. - Minimum 2 -3 years' experience in marketing analytics position.
