Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with daily activities of living, including grooming, bathing, dressing and toileting as needed
* Treating each resident with respect while recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence
* Transferring residents to and from activities and meals* Providing direct care to residents following individual service plans
* Fostering a home-like environment by recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* One year of related experience and/or training in direct service with older adults
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
