Overview


The Compensation Analyst will support the design and administration of compensation programs aligned to long-term HR strategies and business goals. This role will conduct various analyses and provide recommendations regarding new or revised policies, protocols and programs. Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer annual base pay and bonus programs to include annual focal reviews and bonus cycles
• Analyze the viability of new or revised programs; develop recommendations that meet business goals and are cost effective
• Conduct the job analysis and job documentation processes which includes the creation of job descriptions and establishing proper FLSA determinations
• Conduct market pricing; perform equity analyses
• Advise on compensation issues to ensure consistency across the organizations
• Responsible for the participation in compensation surveys
• Assist HR Business Partners and other employees in interpreting and understanding compensation policies and procedures
• Develop and document procedures to streamline processes
• Complete job set-ups in the HRIS system for new and revised roles; collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure security access is appropriate
• Perform other job related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Finance or related field plus 1 year experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal labor law
• Demonstrated knowledge of core HR practices and principles
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with software applications including MS Outlook, Power Point, Excel, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCP certification in process
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, timely and within expected standards
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels in the organization
