Aerotek is now hiring customer service representatives for a company in the Altoona, PA area.
Customer Service Reps are responsible for taking inbound phone calls that may involve answering billing questions, product questions and other questions related to their account. Ideal candidates must be able to handle numerous customer inquiries and be able to multitask. Reps are also responsible for working to retain business and meeting required metrics and retention goals. Training is provided and is mandatory. Training is during 1st shift hours. Candidates should be flexible to work 2nd shift hours.
Requirements:
Proficiency with computers
Good written and oral communication skills
6 months of relevant work experience
