Our franchise currently has 11 stores in operation and have plans for additional locations in the next few years. As we grow, so does our team! We are looking for individuals who truly want a long term career in the industry and with our company. We cover the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

We are looking for the following:

  • 2-3 years restaurant management experience in high volume concept/brand.
  • Progressive restaurant experience: crew/team member to line cook/BOH to management
  • High Energy, warm personality, intelligent, solid work ethic, exceptional communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong trainer who has proven track record of gaining respect and loyalty from the crew.
  • Passion for the industry.
  • Desire and ability to grow with the company
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to foster and maintain a fun and genuine atmosphere
  • Adhere to all corporate and franchise standards

Job Description:

  • Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, reviewing, and disciplining employees.
  • Monitors compliance with safety guidelines, builds awareness about safety, and reports any safety concerns to management.
  • Achieves restaurant operational objectives; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; implementing change to procedures.
  • Meets restaurant financial objectives; scheduling appropriately; analyzing food variances.
  • Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.
  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Maintains ambiance by controlling dining room cleanliness, lighting, background music, parking lot and walkways.
