Crew Member - Full-time / Part-time

Five Guys is a family owned and operated franchise restaurant group that focuses on serving high quality burgers and fries in a clean, no frills atmosphere. We choose to spend money on the best crew and highest quality ingredients rather than décor and advertising. Five Guys was established in 1986 in Arlington, VA. In 2003 and has expanded from one to over 1300 locations in the U.S., Canada and England. Our franchise has won numerous awards including Best Burger (Grapevine Awards, EMGY Awards), Best Fries (Readers Choice City Pages, Grapevine Awards) and Best New Restaurant (Grapevine Awards).

Our franchise currently has 11 stores in operation and has plans for additional locations in the next few years. As we grow, so does our team! We are looking for individuals who truly want a long term career in the industry and with our company. We cover the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Job Description:

Crew Members at Five Guys learn valuable new skills that can help them develop a career for their future. Crew Members need to implement all the standard operational procedures of the company and guarantee that every customer receives the best customer service possible. Major responsibilities include taking orders, preparing/cooking food and ensuring the total cleanliness of the dining room, kitchen and back of house. Crew Members must also ensure that our food is prepared to the highest standards and has undergone the proper food handling procedure.
