Driver's Helpers - Full-time / Part-time

Driver Helper. Our client is looking for a general labor employees to assist the driver's in the delivery of their products throughout the months of December in their busy holiday season. These employees will be responsible for assisting the driver by following the below day to day functions:

- Tag along with the driver on daily delivery routes
- Assist the driver by loading and unloading carts of liquor and wine on and off the truck
- Physically lift 35 pound cases of liquor and stock them onto shelves
- Handle two-wheel carts by rolling the liquor up and down the ramp onto the truck, cart could be 100-150 pounds
- Stack products in back of the truck
- Some interaction with the customer (grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants)
Great Lakes Wine and Spirit distributes wine and liquor. November and December is their busiest time of year because of the holidays. They will need our employees to start work on October 22nd. This is strictly a contract job, and our employees will be laid off on December 29th.
