Job Description:
Under general direction of the team coordinator, manager or Senior Manager, the Patient Case Coordinator is responsible for customer service and case management. This position will work interactively with patients and their healthcare providers to complete enrollment activities, coordinate distribution of educational materials, answer basic clinical and program inquiries, and help coordinate access to therapies through the patient's healthcare provider. Patient Case Coordinators typically work in a support capacity to reimbursement counselors and team leaders.

Shift: 9:45am-6:15pm
Pay Rate: $13-14/hour
