Supports the Direct and Indirect Sales and Distribution functions within a regional market including all aspects of operations specific to authorized dealer and corporate retail locations. * Facilitates authorized dealer termination process
* Coordinates new dealer on-boarding process including re-locations, dealer name changes and territory mapping
* Assists with operational support of Direct Sales department
* Use of Brightpoint Credit Management System and facilitates credit application process
* Manages lease database and provides quarterly reporting for complete list of dealers within the market/region
* Provides monthly dealer activity (openings/closings) and sales forecasting data
* Works directly with dealers and sales team to ensure certificates of insurance are renewed accordingly
* Responsible for corporate audits
* General administrative duties including scanning MDF documents and ad-hoc reporting
* Assists with monthly sales commission process

*Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
