Sheet Metal Machine Operator
CoWorx Staffing at Whelen Engineering is currently seeking Sheet Metal Machine Operators to produce emergency warning devices.
There are Currently 2 Shifts Available!
Overtime can be Expected !
2 nd Shift - 3:30 PM - Midnight Monday through Friday
3 rd Shift - 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday
Job Responsibilities
Operate Triumph Machinery to Job Specifications
Determine Machining Procedures According to Blueprints, Sketches, Part Lists and Written Directions.
Perform Machine Set Up
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
Ability to Lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to Stand for 8 or More Hours Per Day
Blueprint Reading
Knowledge of Machine Shop Safety
Basic Math Skills
Problem Solving Skills
Ability to Work Independently and as a Team Member
Mechanical Aptitude/Motivated Attitude
Desire to Learn and Keep Current with Modern Shop Technology
