The MENTOR Network is currently seeking a Senior Clinical Lead to oversee and direct its clinical operations throughout the state of Pennsylvania. This position will report to the Pennsylvania Regional /Area Director.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Plans and implements the strategic direction for clinical operations and ensures alignment with the agency’s goals, values and objectives.

· Provides oversight and consultative supervision to each Triad Team within the region on a weekly basis.

· Directly supervises each Clinical Lead of each Triad in accordance with contracted or best practices thresholds.

· Develops and implements all clinical training materials and programs and facilitates training for all new Clinical Leads and Coordinators.

· Ensures appropriate assessments are completed for individuals served.

· Designs and supports implementation of treatment protocols employed in service delivery

· Designs and implements best practice and emerging practice protocols employed in service delivery.

· Monitors service delivery, quality and operational outcomes and recommends and oversees improvements where necessary.

· Ensures continuity of care through the development of collaborative relationships with other agencies, providers and policy makers.

· Provides oversight of the staff credentialing process and ensures compliance with all related documentation for the services being delivered.

· Maintains and fosters relations with local government authorities such as counties, regional centers and managed care contractors, and local legislators and government officials.

Qualifications

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directs and supervises all Clinical Leads and assigned staff members

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years related management/supervisory experience with significant clinical management background in the human service industry.

· Advanced Degree

· Pennsylvania LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist license

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

· Strong operational and project management skills

· Strong leadership abilities
