Director 
 

Objective:

The Director is responsible to successfully direct and coordinate activities for the offices as proxy to the Managing Director and as manager of the offices and employees.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Reflect the core values of (RRW Inc), (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise)
  • Help with developing and will execute and assists with analyzing the monthly, quarterly, and annual operational plan with the Managing Director and his Executive Team.  
  • Achieve the annual operational plan’s revenues, gross profit and profitability objectives
  • Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with referral sources in the community 
  • Coordinates and manages all activities of departments such as staff coordinators, recruiting and retention of CAREGivers,  and assist with client services.
  • Analyze budget to identify areas in which reductions can be made and allocate operating budget.
  • Confers with departments and review activities and operations to determine changes in programs or operations.
  • Directs preparation of directives outlining policy, program or operations changes to be implemented.
  • Coach, monitor and use progressive discipline to enforce company policies as necessary.  
 
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Supplement the duties outlined in the General Manager job description to include Recruitment and Retention, Staffing, Market ting  and any other needs the office may have.
  • Establish strong relationships with neighboring General Managers.
  • Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary by owner.
 
 
Critical Numbers:
      Maintain and create goals and measure reaching those goals.
    
Supervisory Responsibilities:
 This position will be responsible for overseeing all of the functions performed by the office staff.  Responsibilities include, interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; assits with appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
This position must have an understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established by (RRW Inc),  (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead 

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in a health related field
  • 5+ years experience in Managing or Supervision
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
