Staffing Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

As Staffing Specialist working with our clients, you'll be part of a team that focuses on delivering high quality service to both our clients and associates. You will know who to work and juggle multiple tasks and have done it for several years. You can juggle with your hands while you fill out forms with your feet and talk to a candidate. You can recruit, pre-screen candidates from jobs boards, walk ins and adverts. You are a people person and can get a good read on candidates interest and skills. You've interviewed 1000's of people. You are great at placing people in jobs they love. You love building relationships with clients. You know how to find out what clients want and meet their staffing needs. You are comfortable dealing with a broad range of people and like finding out their interest and abilities. If this is how you describe yourself, then I should talk to you. We are a staffing company filling assignments for industrial, clerical, professional and technical placements. As Staffing Specialist you would fill temporary, temporary to hire and permanent placements. If you have worked a generalist role in HR you should apply. Job Summary -The Staffing Specialist is responsible for: 1) delivering high quality service to customers and associates by matching skills of associates to customer needs, 2) developing and retaining business by providing outstanding customer service, and 3) performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.Job requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred, some college required. Must have High school Diploma.*Minimum of 1 year of experience in a HR role is a plus.Must be able to work varying hours. Ability to travel to local customer sites as needed and field offices as directed.Walking and standing for up to 8 hours Ability to communicate effectively with others.*Ability to remember information (e.g., policies, procedures) or find it as needed.*Ability to access areas where needed people, information or equipment are located.Ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills.*Cooperative, team oriented, patient, calm under pressure, and able to work independently.*Strong PC skills and the ability to navigate within the Manpower system is critical.
