Maintenance Manager - Full-time / Part-time

To manage/lead all preventative maintenance and repair activities for facility production related machinery and equipment and the grounds. To manage capital expenditure projects/activities which generate fixed assets, plan and schedule installations, relocations, refurbishments of equipment and machinery. Manage subcontractors needed to supplement the work of Maintenance department personnel, especially on projects and major installations. To provide support for projects done by various departments in the plant and for the plant's Advanced Product Quality Planning process. To lead the maintenance of all heating and air conditioning equipment within the facility. Degree in Engineering ( Electrical & Mechanical) with at least 7 years experience.
