We’re currently hiring for a Service Mechanic to work out of our Minneapolis Office located in St Paul, Minnesota. This position is responsible for keeping the castles in good working condition by repairing breakdowns and keeping breakdowns to a minimum by doing preventive maintenance. Schedule hours are M-F from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Services may be required after normal working hours and/or weekends, occasionally on short notice.

Must have mechanical abilities and be able to use various hand tools. Knowledge of electrical systems and an HVAC Certification types I & II or universal certification is required. Must be able to able to handle service calls as scheduled, with rotating on-call duty and after normal working hours and/or weekends, occasionally on short notice. Must have valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and automobile insurance with the required limits of liability. Minimum of three years of shop and field experience and a High School Diploma required. Courses in electrical, heating and air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing and construction would be helpful. Excellent job attendance and safety records are a must. Must be a self-starter, able to prioritize, organize and make decisions.
