POSITION PURPOSE
The Staffing Coordinator supports the hourly associate hiring process for Home Depot's retail stores. The Staffing Coordinator coducts phone screens, schedules candidate assessments and distributes application and interview materials to field leaders. The Staffing Coordinator ensures that phone screens are accurate and reflective of the candidate phone interview, that quality candidates are dispositioned accurately and timely, and that candidate interview packets are sent timely according to their scheduled in-store interview dates.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
- Actively engage candidates during phone interviews to identify relevance, culture fit, and strong customer service skills
- Coordinating candidate interviews with the appropriate leaders in the field
- Providing field leaders with candidate job applications and the appropriate assessment materials

NATURE AND SCOPE 
Reports to the Operations Manager. No direct responsibility for supervising others.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Must pass the Drug Test.

Must pass the Background Check.

Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable

Ability to work a flexible shift schedule

 EDUCATION REQUIRED
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE - 01 

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).
