Dominium is seeking a Part-Time Caretaker for a 118 unit apartment community in Elk River, MN.
Responsibilities include:
- General apartment cleaning and apartment turnover
- Maintaining the building and surrounding grounds in a neat and tidy manner
- Maintaining a pleasant atmosphere and relations with residents
Qualifications:
- Previous basic electrical and plumbing, painting, and housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work on-call as well as Evenings and Weekends is required
- Driver?s license and insurance required
