- Ensuring a safe environment for IHR guests and associates.
- Patrol, document, report, and follow up on safety and security hazards or infractions.
- Carry out more general guest service tasks, such as delivering items to guests rooms.
Requirements
- Must demonstrate the ability to remain calm in emergencies, and balance excellent guest and associate relations skills with safety and security.
- Previous hotel/resort experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings and/or overnight shift.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
